[Errno 2] No such file or directory

Hello, I want to read this CSV file into a Pandas dataframe but keep getting the above error. I’ve tried creating a shared folder for both the notebook and the CSV but the notebook still can’t find the CSV file. Before this I tried giving the full file path from my Downloads folder. I’ve also tried (‘Polls/generic_ballot_polls.csv’). Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks! [Screen Shot 2022-02-20 at 20.41.33]
