Recently the Jupyter Executive Council meetings and asynchronously, we have been working on our communication strategy on social media, and one particular question that has arisen is whether we should use Twitter. This same question also arose in the governance repo, but the rest of the conversation should hopefully happen in the team-compass issue below.
