Hey, just sharing the screenshot of a notebook is kind of pointless. In your case it is even worse because obviously there were three cell executions between the x and z, which we do not see. And as far as I can interpret it, the cell calculating the y was never executed? So the x+y used a y value from before. Open your notebook again and rerun the cells. I am pretty sure, this will work as expected.
