[ANN] Security Releases for Jupyter Server and Notebook

Hi all,

We have published security releases of both Jupyter Server and Notebook packages, both of moderate severity.

Please update to Jupyter Server 1.17.1+ and/or Notebook 6.4.12+.

Upgrades can be accomplished as pip install "jupyter_server>=1.17.1" or pip install "notebook>=6.4.12".
