I recently installed all packages Now Notebook (7.2.2) shows no main vertical scroll bar or horizontal scroll bar. How do I get them back please? I am not talking about cell Output scrolling

Yes that worked. Thank you. It took me a while to find the Settings Editor

Activate main scroll bars
