I built Scroll Press (https://scroll.press), a preprint archive for web-native papers, and figured it might be relevant here. The idea is that your rendered Jupyter Notebook can be a real, citable preprint with permanent hosting, archiving, and a DOI, rather than just sitting wherever you happened to host it with no DOI attached. You upload the HTML/CSS/JS and that’s it. Example: Graph Traversal Algorithms: BFS and DFS - Scroll Press.
