As the Jupyter Community is growing, it becomes challenging to manage credential and access to many services.
To help in the enterprise, Jupyter now have a 1password team subscription that is gracefully provided for free for open-source project by 1password.
If for any reason you need to manage shared credentials in a setting that is related to Jupyter activity, please contact us, and we should be able to create a Vault/Groups for sharing those particular credentials, notes, …
That can be managing a service (Binder, Nbviewer), access to social media, or organising an in person or remote event (eventbrite, shared gmail account…).
Note that in general if delegation is possible you should of course use delegation.
