Scale-down mode in AKS feature of Azure

Has anyone tried this Scale-down mode in AKS with Jupyterhub Kubernetes? With this feature, you only pay for storage for the shutdown nodes. Learn more: Public preview: Scale-down mode in AKS | Azure updates | Microsoft Azure
