# Podman action-k3s-helm failing on nektos act System has not been booted with systemd as init system (P\\ID 1). Can't operate

need help with action-k3s-helm, it sent me here. I have a post already here

before I try and reinvent the wheel wanted to ask if anyone saw this.

[act](https://github.com/nektos/act) emulates a GitHub action environment in a container. [action-k3s-helm](https://github.com/jupyterhub/action-k3s-helm) installs Kubernetes in a GitHub VM, so I doubt it will ever work inside Act.

because it works on github actions themselves, see [https://github.com/dask/dask-gateway/actions/runs/6387294952/job/17335411540](https://github.com/dask/dask-gateway/actions/runs/6387294952/job/17335411540) So I suppose it should work in act eventually.
