# JupyterLite: Jupyter ❤️ WebAssembly & Python

Skipped a month of updates, but things have been busy!

- `jupyterlite` (the package) is now on its [second beta](https://pypi.org/project/jupyterlite/0.1.0b1/)
  - integrates [JupyterLab 3.3.0](https://discourse.jupyter.org/t/jupyterlab-3-3-0-is-released/13231/5) and [RetroLab 0.3.20](https://github.com/jupyterlab/retrolab/releases/tag/v0.3.20)
  - many bug fixes and improvements have [landed](https://github.com/jupyterlite/jupyterlite/blob/0bf8f3b64b611f622d6b477a38054a0d7b79f0bf/CHANGELOG.md)
  - [more to come](https://github.com/jupyterlite/jupyterlite/milestone/1) as we close in on a “for real” `0.1.0`

- JupyterLite apps are now deployed on some fairly widely visited sites:
  - [numpy.org](https://numpy.org) uses the new `repl` app to showcase numpy
  - [jupyter.org/try](https://jupyter.org/try) `lab` and `retro` for some of the examples
