Hey all - we’ve got another [JupyterHub community call](https://jupyterhub-team-compass.readthedocs.io/en/latest/meetings.html) coming up this week! This is a place to discuss topics with the JupyterHub community and share interesting new things you’re working on.

# Please fill in your agenda items!
We collect suggested topics for discussion at the team meeting. These include shorter reports and shout-outs, as well as longer topics for discussion. See the links below for where and how to add each!
We try to **freeze this list 24h before the meeting start**.
## Give reports and quick shout-outs
We begin each meeting with a brief list of reports from the community, as well as shout-outs to others for work that they’ve done recently. (you don’t necessarily need to attend the meeting to give a shout-out or report)

## Suggest items for the agenda
These are topics that warrant discussion or more attention than reports/shout-out. They don’t _have_ to be strictly about JupyterHub or Binder…if you think the community would be interested, please add your suggestions! However, if you add an agenda topic, try to be there so you can introduce it and help lead discussion.

## Meeting format
Our goal is to create a meeting environment where everybody feels comfortable participating and discussing. We use a system for speaking based on **raising your hand** (electronically, of course). Here’s how it works:
If you’d like to speak, don’t just start talking. Instead, the Zoom interface has a “raise hand” button that signals to moderators that you’d like to speak. It’s under the **participants** tab at the bottom of the Zoom interface:
Here’s where the “raise hand” button is:
Click on that button when you’d like to speak, and a moderator will call on people in the order they’ve raised their hand. Once you’re done speaking, click the button again to lower your hand.

Could we post dates as “20 June” or similar? It took me a while to figure out what kind of code 6/20 was 🙂 Your not American friends thank you 🙂
