Jupyter not starting in Win 10

ImportError: DLL load failed while importing win32api: The specified module could not be found.

Solved the issue using C:\Users\<me>\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python38-32\Scripts> python pywin32_postinstall.py … the kernel seems to be working now.
