# Jupyter lab cannot start - conflicting versions?

you are right! thanks!!  
I did

```auto
% pip uninstall jupyterlab

```

and installed jupyter via conda

```auto
% conda install -c conda-forge jupyterlab=4

```

This solved the issue!
