# Invalid response: 403 Forbidden

Hello - From the Anaconda prompt, I have launched Jupyter Lab. That takes me to the Launcher where I can see all 3 kernels I have pip-installed - Python, R, and SAS. The issue is that I get an error “Invaild response: 403 forbidden” when I attempt to invoke Python, R or SAS. This happens only in my work computer although Jupyter Lab works perfectly fine in my home computer. Any help toward resolving the issue would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
