I have a docker image based on the [datascience-notebook](https://github.com/jupyter/docker-stacks/tree/master/datascience-notebook) and I’ve been trying to update it to jupyter lab 1.1.2. Starting up requests build for `@jupyter-widgets/jupyterlab-manager` but that fails. Anyone else have similar issues?

Hi @hiram 👋

could you edit the title of the thread to be a bit more descriptive? Right now it reads as if you have a problem running Docker itself. Maybe something like “Installing jupyter lab 1.1.2 in datascience-notebook docker image”?
