I want to give a path to .csv file on my extension and have jupyterlab open that path with csvviewer. How can I achieve it?

There is a command for everything: [Commands — JupyterLab 4.1.0a3 documentation](https://jupyterlab.readthedocs.io/en/latest/user/commands.html)

In that case this would be `docmanager:open` with arguments `{path: 'data.csv'}`.
