# Error in opening jupyter notebook from anaconda

I’m trying to open a Jupyter notebook from Anaconda, which I just installed, but I’m getting this error: Access to the file was denied.

The file at **file:///C:/Users/hp/AppData/Roaming/jupyter/runtime/jpserver-23320-open.html** is not readable. It may have been removed, moved, or file permissions may be preventing access.

ERR\_ACCESS\_DENIED

Earlier, I was able to open a Jupyter notebook from Anaconda. However, after I shifted all the Anaconda files from the C drive to the D drive, some kind of error started. I then shifted them back to the D drive, but the error remained. I deleted the whole Anaconda and reinstalled it on the C drive, but the error persisted. Although I am able to open the separate Jupyter notebook separately from outside of Anaconda.
