# Error creating a cluster with helm version 2.16.4

Just at the point of creating the namespace I get this error.

Release “jhub” does not exist. Installing it now.  
Error: validation failed: [namespaces “jhub” not found, [clusterroles.rbac.authorization.k8s.io](http://clusterroles.rbac.authorization.k8s.io) “jhub-user-scheduler-complementary” not found, [clusterrolebindings.rbac.authorization.k8s.io](http://clusterrolebindings.rbac.authorization.k8s.io) “jhub-user-scheduler-complementary” not found, [clusterrolebindings.rbac.authorization.k8s.io](http://clusterrolebindings.rbac.authorization.k8s.io) “jhub-user-scheduler-base” not found]

I found the fix. Upgrade helm to 2.16.5

I found the same fix
