Makes sense given my past experience/notes with Binder and using newer versions of R / snapshots / libraries. However, most of that I think was pertinent to the supported configuration file routes and not so much the Dockerfile route. (For example, see [here](https://discourse.jupyter.org/t/widget-failing-in-shiny-app/2226/5) and [here](https://discourse.jupyter.org/t/binder-from-github-dockerfile-not-starting-rstudio/7986/17) and [here](https://discourse.jupyter.org/t/error-in-library-rgdal-there-is-no-package-called-rgdal-traceback/5780/4) and [here](https://discourse.jupyter.org/t/glibcxx-3-4-26-not-found-from-rstudio/7778/8) and [here](https://discourse.jupyter.org/t/install-textnets-package-from-github-in-binder-for-r/8045/4) and [here](https://discourse.jupyter.org/t/why-binder-cant-find-any-libraries/5179).)

Glad you found your way forward.
