# Cannot load CSV files

Hi everyone,  
I was using my Jupyter Notebook for some Data Analysis and suddenly my Notebook wouldn’t read anymore CSV files!  
I tried reinstalling anaconda and still I am facing the same issue.  
Please tell me how to fix it?
