After some time using Jupyterlite for various projects, I’ve finally switched to something more stable (the Jupyterlab extension for Visual Studio Code), but neglected to save all the notebooks I had already created. They’ve now vanished from the Jupyterlite tree, but according to Firefox’s Storage Inspector, my old files and checkpoints may still be stored as IndexDB files on my computer. Is it possible to reconstruct the lost notebooks from those files?

The most details are recorded [here](https://stackoverflow.com/a/72063769/8508004), I think. Although it seemed to focus on Chrome.
