Can Jupyter Notebook be managed by PythonNet

Hello,

Using PythonNet:

I am able to run Python code from C#. Is is possible to start a Jupyter Notebook session from PythonNet and set a variable for that session so that it is visible to the Jupyter client (in the cell)?
