JupyterHub 5.4.0 is out, with a few nice improvements and bugfixes.

Check out [the changelog](https://jupyterhub.readthedocs.io/en/stable/reference/changelog.html#id2) and give it a try! There should be no disruptive changes in this release, no special upgrade steps or migration actions required.

Thanks to everyone who contributed!

This will likely be the last release to support Python 3.8 and 3.9. The next release will be 6.0.
