We just released [Jupyter Server 2.0](https://github.com/jupyter-server/jupyter_server/releases/tag/v2.0.0)! 🚀

Major highlights include:

- Identity API
- Authorization API
- Events API
- pytest-jupyter, a pytest plugin for jupyter core libraries and extensions.

In getting this out on [conda-forge](https://github.com/conda-forge/jupyter_server-feedstock/pull/106): what exactly is the intent of the wonky `jupyter_core` pin:

```auto
"jupyter_core>=4.12,!=~5.0",

```

I think we have it resolved:
